After having played Conduit 2 soon after release I found the SP campaign of the first Conduit much more enjoyable despite that Conduit 2 is more varied in settings.
I also rather disliked all the 'on liners' habit Ford suddenly had, I was honestly wondering why the designers did that.
Anyone else here that also feels the same about Conduit 1 and 2 SP campaigns?

How did Halo copy Metroid? Halo 1 came out in 3D, and at that time the only Metroid games that existed were 2D. In other words, it would be a more accurate claim to say Metroid Prime (which came out later) was a copy of Halo, even though the games are totally different and anyone arguing otherwise is an idiot.

Why does everybody argue over what consoles are better. I have an xbox and a wii, they all have different pros and cons. Wii is certainly not trying to take the market on fps, it's more of a family console and just has the other games to keep people that can't afford more entertained. I really love how Xbox360 and PlayStation 3 fanboys makes their opinions about Wii. They say the Nintendo console is shit, less powerfull, and things like that, without including the GREAT playability that has. The Kinect and Move can be now competitors, but them are a pretty dissapointment, specially Microsoft one.
The three consoles are good. 360 has the best Internet service, PS3 has the most power inside, and you can use it as a good media center, and the Wii has innovation on controls.

@iGRIND13 ...and you do realise there was never a Halo game before Combat Evolved right? There are two side scrolling Halo games, and both came long after the first H: CE was released. One being a de-make (people make an existing game but make it look like a game on a older console), and the other was just a 2D version of H:CE. Even before Halo became an FPS it was a real time strategy game of sorts whilst in production.

The FPS shooters on the Wii are great fun and the control that you get on COD reflex with the wand is a lot more realistic and far greater fun than the Xbox as ive tried them both, and dont natter on about the graphics as they arent as important as the easy playing nature of any game, like i said i didnt buy my Wii for FPs's so the ones that i have for it are a nice bonus and as i also said, if i DO want hardcore FPS's i will get them for my PC. I guess nintendo wanted to expand on FPS games other than metroid.(which is really good btw) Out of the 3, the wii has the least experience with online FPS games. I know this one wasn't the best, but id say atleast give the creators props for trying.(they can learn from the mistakes of this and fix it in Conduit 2)

@iGRIND13 ...and you do realise there was never a Halo game before Combat Evolved right? There are two side scrolling Halo games, and both came long after the first H: CE was released. One being a de-make (people make an existing game but make it look like a game on a older console), and the other was just a 2D version of H:CE. Even before Halo became an FPS it was a real time strategy game of sorts whilst in production.

The FPS shooters on the Wii are great fun and the control that you get on COD reflex with the wand is a lot more realistic and far greater fun than the Xbox as ive tried them both, and dont natter on about the graphics as they arent as important as the easy playing nature of any game, like i said i didnt buy my Wii for FPs's so the ones that i have for it are a nice bonus and as i also said, if i DO want hardcore FPS's i will get them for my PC. Oh and when is this new Wii coming out you tool?

@dominiktonkovic : Everyone has different tastes and opinions dude. Not everyone wants(or even has the money to afford) a 360 or PS3. Personally i prefer wii over 360/Ps3, but thats just me. I find it more fun. with 360/PS3, the majority of its titles are shooters and sports games. Idk about you, but i want variety.

@dominiktonkovic: Well thats a better way of putting it and i agree. It isn't for everyone. its just a matter of certain taste in games. I guess nintendo wanted to expand on FPS games other than metroid.(which is really good btw) Out of the 3, the wii has the least experience with online FPS games. I know this one wasn't the best, but id say atleast give the creators props for trying.(they can learn from the mistakes of this and fix it in Conduit 2)

hey before you say the game is too easy put it on the hardest game mode because i find it harder than halo reach legendary because you get allies that do stuff on that game i it was a little too easy but i think severe on the conduit is so much harder

"PS3-Level graphics"? Bullshit. This is just using the crappy performance of the Wii's hardware in a smart way; adding low-quality normal maps and a form of refraction does not equal the addition to quality that high-poly objects, hdr, or proper high-quality shaders do.
I'm not saying that this isn't a vast improvement over what Wii titles have /been/ doing for their engines, but it is nothing compared to what they claim.
