  • Teacher: Where's your Proof? You were supposed to do it last night.

Me: (Puts an opened Snack Pack on the desk) here it is.

Teacher: That's a Snack Pack, i'm talking about the proof.

Me: Sir, the proof... is in the pudding!

    Teacher: Take your pills...

  • Don't put your proof in the pudding.

Your proof is now in the pudding,

and the pudding has taken all the inks away.

  • good luck showing that equation to good will hunting hahahahahahaha

  • this man is legendary

  • hilarious

  • @dunneh Did I say that everyone has to be a master of what they want to comment on? Or did I just say that in language if you want to criticize something, it is imperative to have an understanding of what it pertains to in the first place. There's a difference...

  • PLEASE STOP EMBARRASSING GERMANS

  • @JusteDoute You know what? If anything, I like Germans more because of Flula. He's great.

  • the look during the first 2 secs of the video. mega lolz

  • Good luck show that equation to good will hunting!

For a man who doesn't understand idioms, you are still quite the quick-witted person hahaha

  • obviously a very sore looser!! the proof is in the pudding being a reference to the scoreline of a match that this muppet more than likely lost.

lost in translation i believe is the expression.....

  • @ChuckNorrisLovechild Or maybe most idioms are quite stupid and they don't actually make any sense unless you've been brought up with them.

  • hahahahaha his black voice

  • If I was going to mock a language and its idioms I would probably attempt to completely master the language and how to speak it properly beforehand...

  • @Skidable101 ... wow do you not realize that he's joking? this is for fun.. he's acting as a culture-struct German. Stop being a jerk and enjoy the hilarious video.

  • @Skidable101 I'm sure he's very sorry to have offended you, o great defender of the English language. The expression 'proof is in the pudding' is not the slightest bit funny, and all such nonsensical idioms should be treated with the staidness and solemn professionalism in linguistic critique that they deserve.

  • @Skidable101 then it wouldnt be funny dumbass

  • @Skidable101 Yeah. And by that reasoning, no one can comment on anything unless they've mastered it themselves, right? Critique a movie? Well let's hope the reviewer has attempted to completely master film making and learned how to direct before offering his opinion.

  • He told that "lucky tiny bastard"

  • @TRFSDMF that was really silly

  • ha, this fucking guy...

  • wat

  • haha this would just not be funny unless he had the accent.

  • so funny!!!!!!

  • @randwan American, English, same thing. :P

  • What if he puts the proof on the table with the gifts and the punches bowl?

  • Good luck showing that one to good will hunting! LOL!

  • You wanna put it in pudding, Einstein!? O_o

  • I'm just convinced he hates the American language XD

  • @kazooiez Excuse me, he hates the what language?

  • Is this guy the next mr.bean?

  • I want to bring pudding to school and ask the math teacher to prove a problem from my module. When he is done, hurl it at the board and tell him “the pudding is on the proof!”

  • i want to go into the car with this guy just so i can make observations

  • "you are a lucky tinie bastard"

  • It's the new theory of realization-tivity

  • meh, all his skits follow the exact same formula...needs something original. I did lol for the first few, but it gets old fast.

  • First he attacks our idioms and we laugh. Then he attacks our Jews. This is how Hitler got started I think..........

  • Good luck showing that proof to good will hunting xDD

  • I've never even heard this idiom before..and I've spoken english my whole life.. lol

  • What is this a cooking show? Pff LMFAO!!!

  • "SHOW THAT EQUATION TO GOOD WILL HUNTING"

  • Your a comic genius!!!

  • obvious troll is obvious

  • wow this guy is really really really really really stupid. i hope he knows these are real terms.... maybe he's just a comedian. ;) because otherwise..... for a grown man..... this is really sad.... and i don"t care where he's from!

  • @Awesome123441 idioms don't go across languages. he isn't stupid, he's just from another culture where they don't use our idioms. i mean, it's out of humor that he made this, but come on. pudding?

  • @Awesome123441 Of course he's a comedian. I don't understand how can you even think Flula is serious about this and any other idiom he made a video about.

  • i don't imagine him to be as half as hilarious if he weren't foreign

  • ya your proof is not inside the pooding and the pooding has taken all of the inks away

  • but jenaffa still poops at paaarties

  • good luck show dat equation to good will hunting

i die with laughter every video this great man puts up.

  • @SunMoonFamilyGuy did he say this? wow didnt need to watch the video if i got you saying everything he does. thanks your saving me so much time

  • THIS MAN IS A GENIUS!!!!!!! He MASTERED LIFE

  • "'The proof of the pudding' is just shorthand for 'the proof of the pudding is in the eating'. That longer version makes sense at least, whereas the shortened version really doesn't mean anything - nor does the often-quoted incorrect variation 'the proof is in the pudding'. The continued use of that meaningless version is no doubt bolstered by the fact that the correct version isn't at all easy to understand."

  • he really likes idioms

  • Still my favorite flula video! :D hilarious!!

  • "IT IS THE NEW CERY OF RETATIONTIFITY"

  • SMOOOODGE... JUST SMOOOOGIE STUFF!

  • they all start with "Yesaday I hear.."

  • "smoochy stuff!!" LOVE him!

  • You sound like Bruno ahhaaa

  • "you are a lucky tiny bastard" bahahaha

  • Oh, oh no watch out! it is de new seory of realizatiotivity!

  • the people that take this guy too seriously or pity him for misunderstanding are retarded. he's half joking and yes he's german. go to china and see how much you understand there.

  • proof in the pudding is actually quite straight forward from the cooking world. when you're cooking something you dont 'know how goo dit is until you taste it. so if you're making pudding for say a contest, you won't know who's is best until you try them all and the proof of superiority is literally in the pudding.

  • Obviously English isn't his first language, which is why expressions of speech that aren't supposed to taken as actuality are so confusing for him, either that or he has a very low intelligence quotient.

  • @DarkManEll Obviously you don't get it.

  • 0:59 it us de nu sewuia from de shaigentifitty

  • i never really thought about these idioms before. it does sound odd, but i think "proof" here means taste. english idioms really are confusing, though. or just don't make sense. i'll give him that.

  • you know, putting aside how hilarious this is, the dude actually makes sense. do any of these sayings actually make sense anyway?

  • @missmac16 They make a lot of sense when put into historical context, but not much sense if you examine them as they are.

  • You wanna put the proof in the pudding Einstein!?

  • a cooking show or what>?

  • @roxypopsy9

Just put the proof on the table!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Just put the proof on the table

  • theory of relachationtivity?

  • You make me cry laughing!

  • Im not writing my proof on paper before I put it in the pudding. The proof is found inside of the pudding after the pudding has been made.

    Why can't you understand that?

  • "Shmooch..just shmoochy shtuff!" Love that.. Love it!

  • Literally the funniest thing i've heard this year!!

  • haah thats funny lolol the proof is in the pudding loool btw u own in rs :P 1's again :)

  • Bahahahahahah I fucking love this guy!!

  • you wanna put it in the pudding eistein..?

  • Its just a saying there are plenty of other bastardised sayings going around so if this winds you up get an ipod and listen to that rather than the babble you will hear anywhere in in england innit laters QED

  • just smooge just smoogie stuff

  • The saying is actually "The proof of the pudding is in the eating" which to a native english speaker should be self explanitory ... but as with a lot of the english language it has been bastardised into something that doesn't mean much.

For any non native english speakers: The proof of how good a pudding is can be tested by eating it.

  • umadbro?

Hilarious stuff, but seriously... Basketball requires skill.. you can be the tiniest bastard and not have to worry about luck. It's not like you're shooting a tiny ball into a giant net, and get lucky the person guarding said net trips over himself.

  • Warning Label : Idioms are not meant to be taken or interpreted literally.

  • THANK YOU. SO MUCH.

I was so pissed when someone used that.

  • @0701110aysoccer That's because you're American...

  • Comment removed

  • Like if your a lucky tiny bastard.

  • Press "3" for the greatest thing ever.

  • Press 0 over and over again for Flula's favorite morning face!

  • exactly where do you live? America?

  • The first time I ever had pudding was when my retarded sister made some at school, and both her and my mom wanted me to try it. Well, my sister apparently thought the recipe itself was an ingredient. The proof literally was in the pudding... until it entered my mouth that is. I still have an aversion to chocolate pudding.

  • Proof is in the pudding, just put the proof on the table... hahah

  • if u have a nice proof,. dont put it in the pudding

  • That idiom is actually a nonsensical misquote of "The proof of the pudding is in the eating," which means that in order to believe something, you have to see/taste it to prove it exists. I think it's originally from the English translation of Don Quixote, but it's normally misquoted as "the proof is in the pudding" now and tends to be used by sports casters, lol.

  • "wiss smocch, just smooch-y stuff!" lol :)

  • what is wrong with u?! well at least ur still funny!!!

  • his impression of the guy saying "ayy the proof is in the pudding" is comedic gold. Put this guy on SNL!!

  • smuj just smujiii stuff ha lol

  • I used to place the proof inside the pudding, until I shot in the face all those annoying fucks who keep saying they got shot in the knee.

  • I'm gonna say that from now on:

"The proof is on the table"

  • good luck showing that to good will hunting.. lmao

  • smooodge. just smooodgey stuff. haha

  • just put the proof on the table.

  • Good luck showing that proof to Good Will Hunting!
