One of the members of Estonia's 2008 entry sounds like Till from Rammstein if he was forced to do kids' songs at gunpoint. As far as the UK's entry the previous year, just imagine if Morrissey had agreed to go instead. That likely will never happen now as it's obvious he's gone mental since leaving EMI.

Wtf? Sure, these were bad songs but I have heard WAY worse the last 10 years.

Simple really. Take any of Portugal's horrible songs. Not once have they sent anything but horrible garbage. And Poland usually sends really bland music nobody remembers, and only made the finals once in the last 7 years.

I remember some Israeli opera guy who was beyond horrible.

Montenegro had some dreadful song a few years back, way worse than any of these 5 here.
