Hi, I just bought some extensions yesterday but it's the satin brand something like that it was about 90, but I have to make them, how many wefts do u recommend making with clips, so it can blend evenly? I have on shoulder length hair and it's kinda thick

@LAfea88 Well, I've never put together my own extensions personally, but some of my friends have and I've talked to them about it. if you have thicker hair then I would defiantly suggest using two-three wefts for the main piece then 1-2 depending on how everything looks from there own. believe me those are good prices most real hair extentions are $300 to $600 depending on where you get them sally's is the cheapiest ive found. Also the way you are putting them in your hair could be causing them to knot up. If there is wind, they will knot up a bit you dont need to brush them all the time that will cause breakage and ruin your extentions. Just use a light detangling spray and a wide tooth comb after wearing them and start brushing from the bottom

@zeroracer07021 Hmm,tough one. I'd get her the 18" ones just in case. She can always have them cut but if they're too short,she'd have to get another pair. Safest bet would be the longer ones in my opinion. Hope this helps!

Yeah when I had my black ones I didn't wash them all that much because I didn't wear them all the time. Washing them a lot can definitely thin them out so be careful!(: . The extension brand is great,it just didn't have the color I wanted so I switched to Luxy extensions.

(: Hmm,well I used one pack but one of my friends reccomended using two packs if you have thick hair or if you just want more? I have thick hair and they worked pretty well for me. The only problem I found with color is that they didn't have a very wide variety of red or brown shades. o: But they blend fairly well if you acquire the correct color ^___^.

Yeah,you can curl them! I curl mine with up to 430 degrees :) so curling them should be fine

You can curl,straighten,or even dye them!

My previous pair that was brown lasted me the whole end of the school year + all summer,and they're still in perfectly good condition now. It all depends on how you take care of them. I have heard that they can last you up to a year and a half! Which is great! They're not thin,but they're not ultra thick. In the video of me putting them (Which will be up next week when I get my new laptop) I'll show the thickness of them. I have ULTRA thick hair and they work well for me(:
