even if you were the best hacker in the world you still coudnt do anything what government wouldnt be capable of dealing with. to really change things, you would need to be an extremely charismatic and influential person with LOTS of money, have large number of supporters (above 50% of your countrys population) and on top of that youd need your personal well trained and numerous army. chance of you ever having this: less than zero. heck, even Obama doesnt have all that so he wont change a shit.
