Second, she DID NOT KNOW her husband was sterile (as he only found out during major portion of plot time, when daughter was around 7-8, & she didnt know either). Third, she DID NOT SLEEP w/ ANYONE ELSE AFTER MARRYING HER HUSBAND. How did you miss that? When sleezy, man-whore Buddy came on to her, she SHOVED HIM AWAY!

@LMUnderH2o Fourth she showed no remorse, continuing to flirt with the so-called friend even after marriage even to the extent of again sleeping with the guy after the fact; Fifth, on suspicion of his infidelity she turns him out despite all entreaties, forgetting that she herself is no virgin Mary; I feel the husband should have sued for a divorce immediately he found out what was going on because she would have done the same; this movie portrays men as weaklings and empowers women inordinately

@232lalas BTW: 'analyze' is spelled w/ a "z", though maybe not in ur country. It's clear that you can't follow an out-of-sequence storyline. Evidently, u need things 2 b sequential in storytelling, with NO flashbacks, or you get the timeline wrong, as well as the details. Maybe you have dementia... It is clear that you need to watch the movie again w/ someone who can explain the timeline, storyline, point out when a man is sleezy & a woman rebuffs him.

I'm a realist I hate fake ending like this. Movie sucked for me. You can thumb down me all you want.... Would have really appreciated some true criticism regarding the movie, save myself sometime. The acting was good on Mr. Reynolds part. The idea of accepting someone who betrays you in the worst way for the rest of your life. It's just to unrealistic for me .
