I am a Katrina evacuee who rode the storm out in Biloxi. Two days before Katrina hit, myself and two women I know went to City Hall to get the shelter locations - so we would know where to go if the storm hit. They would not release that information. The shelters were being reserved for executives, officials, and the police. A lot of people died because of Mayor Holloway's criminal actions.
