He wasn't saying that Amnesiac is not the same song as Morning Bell, Morning Bell/Amnesiac is just a different version of Morning Bell from Amnesiac rather than Kid A. This is the Kid A version, not the Amnesiac version, so the title should just be Morning Bell. It would have been less confusing for them to title the Amnesiac version "Morning Bell (Amnesiac)" but they didn't. I don't think they ever play Morning Bell/Amnesiac live.

they never played Morning Bell/Amnesiac live, only the Kid A version (well, I'm not 100% sure). If someone has a video of it live, please share!
