Jsst like how all these people are influenced by MJ, Michael too is influenced by people like James Brown and Fred Astaire (RIP to both). Even the theme for Smooth Criminal was from a movie Fred Astaire done. And Michael's leg work was inspired by JB. So everyone has their influences, even Michael's style of singing is influenced. His "hiccups" was influenced by Jackie Wilson (RIP) and his "hee hees" so no one needs to disrespect these artists!

Truth be told, Chris Brown is the biggest wannabe. He has copied MJs fashion, dance moves, even whole video concepts (Gimmie That/Smooth Criminal). But I say that Chris is getting better with being original. I take it all as kudos to MIke bcuz it shows that he was so phenomenal that artists struggle with being themselves without copying him!

I saw Michael dance with James Brown in a video, and he did pretty good, probably could of owned James Brown at this age if he(JB)hadn't died. JB was just older. Doesn't mean MJ was better at james thing. James had a style and MJ had a style, as an example, MJ would look like an arse copying James Brown. He could easily do it, i've seen him dance with him, but since Michael is not a disrespectful idiot, he has his own style instead of copying. I take no joy in watching chris brown copy michael.

Some of these people where just performing MJ songs, but ALL of them have ripped off Mj's style (mostly chris bornw! all Chris' videos are like modern MJ remakes?!!?) Think about the fact that probably without any exception all of these guys danced their socks of imitating MJ. And I never saw any of them denieing it. Sow, let the be influenced by MJ. Sure, some fans will state that they are better than MJ. But we know the truth. And with 'we', we can count in these so called wannabe's.
