  • i almost droped my princess pen in there one time lol

  • the last time i went to disneyland i saw baby ducks in that pond or moat thing...

  • they should put some anamitronic fish in their i think that would be kinda cool

  • it smelt sooo bad when I went and the water was down to a few puddles in the moat.

  • this is the ugly face of earth

  • im glad i didnt see that. but they did really have to clean out the water. they donate the money on the bottom of all their fountains/rivers to charities, if you were wondering :)

  • Thats wild...Did you just happen upon this happening?

  • @TheMsMeaden yes

  • thats wild!

  • Man it looks so ugly

  • there is a video posted on youtube of the bricks being painted while drained.

  • I posted my video as a response. It should show up in a bit! Enjoy.

  • Looks like it could be a temporary skatepark, I wonder what happens to all the tadpole-like creatures in there.

  • Wow... I always thought it was deeper than that. Turns out it's only a foot or two.

  • they drain it because they have to decorate it for christmas and their is a light show at the castle for christamas time so they install new stuff under the water but first they have to drain the water out thats y

  • Are they cleaning it maybe?

  • Do u know why they drained it! Was it for the Snow and lights on the Castle when they put it up???

  • the money goes to charity

  • Since money prices are up for water these days, Disney is also using TONS of water for the new attraction "World of Color" coming in 2010, and again, this attraction takes use of SO much water.

They just filled the location of this attraction a few weeks ago, and when I visited both CA adventure and Disneyland parks, I noticed that when the "world of color" attraction location was filled, Sleeping Beauties castle was an empty moat. This is temporary...

    and this is my guess...

  • Yup i went to disneyland a couple months ago and the moat was drained. Looks ugly lol

  • Aww, it doesn't look the same without water XD I wonder why they took it out... :p

  • Look at all that! No wonder the moat lost all of its swans, too much mecha.

  • well i'm sure this is just temporary it'll be back up

  • when was this??

  • i wonder where all the geese went...

  • i bet they drained it to get the money on the bottom

  • lol

  • 0:30 ;; LOL !
