I'll admit that most people wouldn't find him all that challenging, but I think calling it an absolute joke is being a little bit harsh. Bowser's really only been known for being challenging during the final boss fights in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island (which was awesome), Super Mario 64 (which was the only part of the game that I hated) and New Super Mario Bros. Wii (which made me almost crap my pants.) Also, unlike the sequel, this is at least a proper fight that's evenly paced. >_>

Besides the end boss in EVERY Mario game is probably the easiest boss in the game for some reason :p

Such an easy final boss. You'd expect it to be hard after the 2nd Bowser fight but Bowser fell down so easily. He hit me only once in the whole battle when I faced him.

I love it when people say that the Bowser battles are too easy and yet they still lose health. AngeloBlaze lost 3 bars of health and failed to hit Bowser once when he was running around with his tail on fire. If he hadn't had got a super mushroom or collected the coins to replenish his health he would have lost. He even said that the first time he lost to bowser because he didn't know what to do.

For a final boss though you normally expect more of a challenge than Bowser presented. Sure I lost once and took some damage the second time, but for a final boss he was relatively easy in comparison to many other games.

Very rarely can you get away with waltzing into a final boss fight in a game and manage it on your second attempt. That's my point.

heres a tip i got on a super mario galaxy website. when bowser spins go on the opposite side he started to spin on and then twirl when you can! this actually helped me. :)

Then get harder from there on

What also could have been really cool, and also pay homage to the 64 Bowser battle, is after you smack him around you need to grab his tail and fling him into the star...that would be awesome

I like the final battle but its way too easy...WAY too easy.

The first 2 planets had some original ways of beating him but the 3rd planet was just like the 2nd time you gotta beat Bowser, if i'm right...

I really hoped i couldve at least had some trouble beating him but oh well, the Bouldergeist is my favorite since it's somewhat challenging even tho you can easily do it on Daredevil.

Remember Super Mario 64, the final battle with bowser was also like the first two battles, except you had to throw him three times, and it was still an awesome game, so I wouldn't be complaining.
