@MikeSPx24bj9 If Bill Gouldd was an honest, ethical person who believed in the image he was selling he would have fronted the inventories and would have supported his salespeople with more than just video clips. He made his empire from his salespeople, not his product. Equinox could have been selling anything. As long as salespeople are throwing $5000 at Gouldd, he was going to be rich.

Also, a $55,000 watch? No man of the people would be wearing a $55,000 watch.

He stated in one of HIS trainings that I attended that he broke the Network marketing record for first month sales and he did it by NOT sponsoring people who bought in a $5K. He sd he did with the majority of applications being $500 credit plans.

@MikeSPx24bj9 Bill Gouldd was banned from several states by the FTC. He had to pay over $300 million in restitution. All you have to do is Google it Mike. "Don't give up, don't quit?", you say. I agree with that, but at some point you realize that you will be throwing some good, honest hard-working people under the bus working in Bill Gouldd's business. After getting burned by Bill, I got a $5000 lesson on how NOT to get scammed anymore. I got off pretty easy. Many others got worse

-- Bill Gould was banned by one state = NV. Trek Alliance was banned in WI for selling water filters that didn't legally qualify for THAT state.

-- Prior to EQX BG was in CA for $75K for some violation. Kevin Trudeau, however was jailed for credit card fraud in CA.

-- I have read more legal documents about what happened to Bill Gouldd and EQX than EVERYONE combined on this board. I guarantee that.

When I invited someone down to a presentation, if the prospect asked, "is this a pyramid?" I was told to say, "You mean a pyramid like IBM, AT$T, where you have a CEO that sits at the top and many people under him?"

And yes, everything is a pyramid- the Roman Empire, Fiat currency, Social Security, global corporations are all pyramids that must collapse. It's the law of nature

Like him or not ...agree or disagree with him.....probably the best Trainer Ever in MLM More people and companies emulate the trainings he taught us more than any other. I to this day still use the information I learned on a daily basis to HELP others. Dont Judge just use what you can to help others Achieve their goals and dreams. NO matter how big or small we think they are it Their dreams and Goals are all that counts.
