@dkillian12: Hi, how are you? If you are interested in the originals as a collector that may make sense. But good luck If you are interested in having a unit that sounds the way they were supposed to sound fresh from production. The problem with the originals is that you have to find one that is in pristine condition. That is very difficult as all Fairchild 670's are 40 years old or more. I don't want to get into a pie fight with you but your comment as to it being too expensive is naive.
