why do you add the chorus to your voice, it takes away from the guitar's natural sound (which is all you've got in this song) ... and don't say "dat" ... lastly, don't be afraid to go up often... it shows your range (which is there, you just don't use it enough) ...
you're a solid guitar player, but there's little-to-no improvisation... try using open chords... it's actually better for playing solo, gives a more full feeling.

this is really good. I heard this song a while ago but I watched the D+T in Radio City and Acoustic version makes the song much better. I had to learn to play this song when I heard it acoustically(if that's even a word), so I just watched this and played along. Good Job
