  • She's missing a couple of legs, what happened?

  • I'm not sure. Was that way when I got her out of the pool so it must have happened before she got in it. I just place a stick in the water and let them crawl up on to it, so I don't think it's anything I did, hopefully.

  • that was in my back yard one day

  • lol i can hear the dog in the backround, what breed is it?

  • Her mother was full-blood German Shepherd and we think her father was a Pit - so shepherd/pit mix. She's a great dog! Thanks for the comment !

  • lol i was stupid, i found one in the dog water and it looked dead.

i brought it in and thru it in the trash.( stupid me) the next morning, my mom found it on her chest and freaked out!! im deathly afraid of anything that flys and have stingers, so i was like " hell no, i aint gettin near that!!"

    lol

  • looks hurt

  • Thanks. I've got more and better on the way!

  • keep that dog away or you'll hear one giant YELP! and you'll be renaming your dog to Ol' Yelper!

  • its wunded, its missing part of its leg

  • It would be great if you could add sound of a conversation between a pilot and a control tower on checking everything before flight take off.

  • That's a great idea! I've got new footage of the same behavior. Perhaps I'll try that! Thanks

  • @waywardmuse

Tarantula Hawks have the 2nd most painful sting out of every single species of insects, spiders, ants, and scorpions on the planet, while the Bullet Ant ranks 1st.

The pain is so bad it causes people to vomit from the pain. ;p

  • @YearZer02022 Subjective opinion only in "study" what was order of species tested? Was BA tested first? See? As different stings taken, antibodies built up in circulation are already there to mollify effects of other stings "tested," to extent that venoms are similar (MUCH overlap of chemicals). That was a "study" that cannot be relied on. Bullet ant decisively NOT the most severe outranked by THawk, red/black cow killer, puss caterpillar, bulldog ant Jap hornet according to med issues!!

  • so what is there sting like?

  • It is the 2nd highest on the Schmidt Scale of Sting Pain!

  • hahah yes i know! thats how i found this video, i was wondering by your experience or anyone around you. ive seen these things and always wondered how crippeling it would be to get stung. i have a fairly high pain tollerence but if its as bad as they say.........

  • Schmidt has spread misinformation with his "index." It's flawed and full of holes. It has harvester ant as a 3, but I've had it and common red wasp stings, the wasp is easily worse. Brazilians take hundreds of bullet ant stings and get over it. 30 red wasp stings kill, a T hawk is much worse than the smaller red what, did Schmidt take TH sting after it hit a spider? He doesn't mention cow killer, puss caterpillar, giant cicada killer wasp or giant Japanese hornet. A really flawed "study."

  • She's always interested in whatever I'm videotaping!

  • i thoughtt that was the wasp LOL

  • you know they are supposed to have one of the most painful stings of any insect. Do you know much about them? I have found four of them inside my house and I am getting a little irritated. How do I keep them out!

  • The above comment was meant to be a reply to you. I'll repeat it: BugZooka. The humane way to control flying insects. Please go to buybugzooka(dot)com or look it up on Amazon. It's under $20 too!

  • in your house?! I'd be terrified to be in the same state from how I've heard their sting described

  • Beautiful red wings little friend, very nice capture.

  • thanks!

  • The hot dog in the background sounds like a steam locomotive charging up a hill!

  • Wow I cant imagine taking a sting from one of those.

  • very cool close ups, nice vid!

  • thanks

  • Judy, I absolutely love the closeups you are able to get!! You've got some great insect & arachnid footage!!
