I actually got snagged into a stag experience once, for the Oldsmobile dealership in Westchester County, NY. It was not a hardship that much for me but one of the females was very shocked and traumatized, the whole thing had been misrepped to her. The men were animals and we workers were not afforded the slightest courtesy, such as any food over many hours, we had to serve them. It was an awakening. I figured I'd have to put out but so many men?
Do you prefer the studio version of I'm Easy, or the one playing right here?
I ask because it's moderately similar to Everybody's Talkin' which I find a million times better in the MOVIE than what we hear on the radio all the time and was curious if the response to this song is similar or the opposite.
@terrryc So whats disturbing about recreating some thing that really happened? The film is just a satirical comment on society. In order to change society. Do you think that film should be just cheap and sensational entertainment as most Hollywood movies are? Do accept that film can also be an art form as it is in most of Europe?
@terrryc I thought that was the point of the movie - to satirize the music business as well as American society and politics. It's well known that many of the major characters are clearly based on music stars or other people well known in the business at that time.
LMAO @ her terrible singing

@alecs1976 She transcends beauty. If you change your last work to 'beautiful', then everything is good with the world. It's up to you, hobbit!

The most disturbing thing about this movie is that it is very close to what actually went on in the music biz during this era...

The scene with Carradiene breaks me up. Tomlin cuts me open.
