I just went flawless through the first form and all the way through about 40 percent of his health before I decide to go ahead and use Ecstasy (because I somehow lucked into dodging two rounds of teleport punches, but there was NO WAY I could keep doing it). So I'm kicking his ass and thinking I'm finally going to beat the second form after 20-something deaths, but as soon as Ecstasy is over, literally .000000001 seconds after I come out, he tele-punches me through the window. I quit.

Holy shit, aren't the bosses even faster and stronger in Death Match? I could never hope to go beyond beating Batt Jr. on regular Bitter.

I always liked this battle because1. He's cheap but not without a subtle pattern and regular timing 2. Dishes out and takes in tons of pain in absolute veangeful fury 3. I love wacky stylish videogame supervillain shit like in Viewtiful Joe 4. First form is much like Ganondorf, third is like Andross 5. Taunts and curses even better than Travis himself

I actually LOVED the fight with Jasper. He was the first boss of the whole series I heard of, I anticipated the fight with him when I started the first game, to me he felt like a better rank 1 fight than Jeane(mainly because it took me a while to figure out how to hit her), because of my high hp the tornado punch only did 2 damage, he's not one of those final boss fights where if you die you have to fight striaght from the beginning, I had no problem with him, and above all the fight felt great

Hey, man... I've just managed to beat Batt Jr on Deathmatch Mode... with the VERY LAST single pixel of LIFE. I just couldn't evade the Teleport triple punch, so I used the Darkside mode when Batt Jr. had half his life and endured a little the Tornado triple punch. They can be avoided by charging the Peony with low stance. In the end, the 3rd form consumed a great deal of my energy.

Well, in the end, CONGRATULATIONS to omegaevolution. YOU'RE REALLY BRILLIANT!!

found out when he starts tornado punching there's a mechanic you can abuse. if you're right in front of him right after he finishes an attack he'll try to grab you. dodge back and hit him once and get close and you should be able to get him in a loop of trying to grab you over and over again.

USE the LONGSWORD ifyouhave. basically fight him over and over to learn his attack timings. let him come to you, then use dodges in perfect timing so that you can always hit him 1 or 2 after u dodge, then dodge again. keep coming close, wait for his attack to start, dodge, and then strike him. learn his timings! be careful to keep your distance with his wind and teleport attack. otherwise take breaks, to refresh your mind.

maybe restarting wont take so long, though.
