@mademan912 ooh i just found out how... select the image then check the box saying show transform tools, then you can resize it like you would in microsoft word :)

ok i have a problem,

i have this jpeg image that i need to make 32x32 and cant be bigger then 6kb and i got it of the internet then it was 95x95 (too big) but 3 kb so perfect i onley needed to change the size from 95x95 to 32x32 ok so i did that and i saved and suddently it was friggin 19,1 kb ???? how?? why was is become bigger kb if i oneley changed the size ?? HELP ME PLS PM ME I REALLY NEED HELP

"File ---> Save for Web" is a much better way of substantially shrinking the size (bites) of a file without changing the dimensions or losing very much quality.
