I noticed you eat the mini wheat's and if you're going to stop eating gelatin [which I saw you commented about how you saw what it was] I'm pretty positive that gelatin is in that cereal because that used to be my favorite. It's in a lot of candy and even some nail polish remover!

You should try making your own juices instead of buying them :)
By the time you drink a premade juice it has lost it's nutritional benefits, because juice needs to be consumed within 15 minutes of being extracted. Being stored in a clear container and shipped around doesn't protect many vitamins and minerals.
But if your just drinking it for enjoyment, then your choice is probably alot better then the other drinks you can get out there :)

Something delicious and nutrition that I eat weekly is lentil soup. OMG its so good and easy to make. Simmer a bag of lentils from the store with diced tomatoes and onions added for 45 mins, partially covered with a lid. Then add about a tsp or so of salt and then serve. Its sooo yummy!!! Especially with cornbread.
Its fattening, high in cholesterol, the cows that producing the milk live in unnatural unhealthy conditions (the milk can contain blood, feces, antibiotics, growth hormones which then go into your body). Also the protein you receive from milk you do not get unless your eating it with magnesium (which is y cereal companies spray there cereal with it).
Almond milk is from ground almonds and soy milk is from soy beans and rice milk is from well rice duh. all three of these milks are way better for you then regular milk. Cow milk has traces of blood, feces, pus and a bunch of other things.
From drinking these other milk options you not only get a bunch of great vitamins for you, you're saving a cow from the inhumane process it goes through. Just you tube search anything with animal rights/cruelty/abuse and you'll find tons more information.

I love that you are vegetarian also! You should try the loma linda big franks if you haven't already. They're like a fake meat hotdog, and I hate hotdogs but its really good. Morning star is a really good brand too =) That bean salad thing sounds good, im going to try that this week! =) <333

My inlaws think I'm so weird because I buy organic milk, rice milk, white cheddar which isn't dyed yellow, and ground turkey. tea is actually good for you as long as you try to drink it without sugar or littlest amount as possible. Also adding milk can actually block to helpful properties tea gives you so don't add milk, you can add soy, almond, or rice milk!
if you like frosted mini wheats, you should try kashi cinnamon harvest. it's like a cinnamon version of the mini wheats but with 6 gms of protein and only 9 grams of sugar, and in my opinion, i like the taste better. plus, the serving size is 28 biscuits which i think is a bigger serving than mini wheats.

beans have a lot of protein (i get cans come costco and they average for about 50cents a can and the can with vegatables is a good dinner for two)
nuts have a lot of protein too (peanut butter is cheap)
whole grains also have protein
Lentils have TONS of protein, next is black beans, and then kidney beans, and finally pinto
also so do soy products
even things like potatoes (very cheap), and broccoli have protein.

it's not baddd for you but it's not as healthy as you really think.

I love that you are vegetarian also! You should try the loma linda big franks if you haven't already. They're like a fake meat hotdog, and I hate hotdogs but its really good. Morning star is a really good brand too =) That bean salad thing sounds good, im going to try that this week! =) <333

ha yea i liked the video. im a vegetarian and i eat ever couple hours too and no milk for me too. so i drink soy milk all the time it taste good. i always get vanilla, its the best. thanks for your insight.

This was such an interesting video! Thanks for sharing. I noticed when I was in the US last year that most candy still has additives in it. Europeans went to war on additives a few years ago and now none of our sweets have them. I was wondering why US skittles taste way better than Irish ones! haha Amy :)

My inlaws think I'm so weird because I buy organic milk, rice milk, white cheddar which isn't dyed yellow, and ground turkey. When they come to visit, they are like scared of the healthy stuff, and go out and buy more cheese thats yellow and regular milk! As if there's something wrong with healthier options!!! lol

is'nt tea good for you? it has antioxidants which is good. just the caffine is bad. you could try decaffinated green tea.

tea is actually good for you as long as you try to drink it without sugar or littlest amount as possible. Also adding milk can actually block to helpful properties tea gives you so don't add milk, you can add soy, almond, or rice milk!

if you like frosted mini wheats, you should try kashi cinnamon harvest. it's like a cinnamon version of the mini wheats but with 6 gms of protein and only 9 grams of sugar, and in my opinion, i like the taste better. plus, the serving size is 28 biscuits which i think is a bigger serving than mini wheats.

Thankyou you very much for making this video. ^_^ I was overweight since I was 9. So, my whole life Ive struggled w/ my weight. Im 5'6 & I used to weigh 186 a few yrs..back which was like obese. I ate healthy & exercised & became 120 last summer but recently gained back like 20lbs. so now Im 140. Only b/c I lost motivation after a breakup I went through. i've been trying to lose weight since february, and lost 12kg, which is about 27 pounds? now the hard part is maintaining it !
i am now 1 point within the correct BMI and within the ideal weight range for my height :)
i'm 5'8" and 160 pounds.
still want to lose a few more pounds though.

I've been wanting to get healther but its hard cuze my perants are over weight (they been like that for years!) and I grew up with that..
Now they are changing the way that they eat.
They're in that Herbal Life stuff..
and I do notice a small difference of their weight.
Now hard part they are eatting healther but I still eat the same..
I'm 18 and I'm short..like 5"1and I know that the "heathy" weight for my height is like 106-120...
and trust me I'm not that.
