Kirby Star Stacker gameplay

Is this a special version of the game that you are playing? The only colours on my version are brown and white except for the animals.

I have a Gameboy Advance SP, and it plays all other games fine.

I remember playing this game on my gameboy advance back in like 2004 and I lost it in 2005, I think. My brother's friend gave me his copy of Kirby Star Stacker in 2004, he even beat the game, and got the King Kirby thingy on the title screen.
