Dude I completely rig mine out and it does fine? I don't know why these guys act like its explosives or something lol.. they didn't build the parts to be that fragile geez lol.. I remove my stuff in under 15 - 25 seconds easy lol.. No problem, and it all works out great without static bags etc.. I think that is just a FEAR thing to make you buy MORE stuff to uninstall parts. :)
hi, i wanted to know if u could help me, i recently damaged my processor by exident, because i didnt know how to put it back,i was checking to see if i could replace it with a old faster intel, but the socket is different anyway, the guy at bestbyt <<dumbass, said i should get a new processor, fine since my monitor would NOT turn on at all, just goes to sleep mode,my pc runs, but nothing shows up,so i am thinking of buying the processor soon,i need help installing it.thanks :)
Installing a processor should be similar to this video. Remove the heat sink and old processor, insert the new one, put on the thermal paste and replace the heat sink. For specific instructions I would visit the MB and processor manufacture's web site. They may have some other specific instructions.

Dont zif sockets bend cpu pins? it seems like it...

@UnitedEarth24 Nope. If you install it properly, it shouldn't bend the pins.
