@raeven1212 the last 5 mins of each movie is worth watching the whole thing. the scene after the credits was great but never addressed in saw 3d. that coupled with the last scene in the movie is the only time that you want a sequel to see what happens to the people that are screwing each other. "RIGHT NOW YOU'RE FEELING HELPLESS" is the best scene in the entire franchise in this movie (excluding the surprise climax endings)

@Genesis8010 Actually, he does it himself for only 1 or two of them. In the first three films the traps are rather modest. Take the most popular trap - the reverse bear trap, for example, it's just a small device. Later on, as his disease progresses and, of course, after he dies, his traps are being made by Amanda, Hoffman, Gordon and Jill.

This series doesn't get enough credit. It has a continually strong story, great horror concepts, and in how many film series can you honestly say that the sixth one was as good as, or even better than, the others? Top notch, can't wait for Saw VII

Sometimes they're better - Harry Potter and The Twilight Saga did. But generally, they're just not as good. Casino Royale = Brilliant. Quantum of Solace = Rubbish.
The original Saw was a brilliant film. It was gory, but that wasn't the whole point of it if you see what I mean. Saw 2 was OK - not bad, but not as good as 1. I really didn't like 3.

I think If they leave it long enough, give enough time to actually come up with a good story and script that will build on what was done before, take the story further instead of just re-do what was previously already done. I love the story in the saw films. People think most die hard saw fans like the films for the traps but its actualy a briliant story line. well, it was a briliant story line before twisted pictures started getting greedy.
This was the best of the series. Great story that really had me hooked and hell the reason I watch these movies is for the John( Jigsaw) story not for the traps.

I finally saw the movie and I dug it. It's great to see greedy, self-serving, money-grubbing health insurance people get it in the end. I'd like to see installments taking care of lawyers, then another about sellout politicians.

best movie franchise ever! All the saw movies IMO are straight up gold.

Saw : It was a very good movie , very original , nothing like it.
Saw II : A very good sequel.
Saw III : I thought it was the best saw film , and a very well ending to a trilogy.
Saw IV : The traps are good , surprised at the ending , but no too much of a plot
Saw V : The one saw film I didn't like.
Saw VI : Had a way better plot than Saw IV , V. 60% Like it

saw: one of the best movies ever made, and IMO the best movie ending ever
saw 2: good horror movie, worth checking
saw 3: better then 2
saw 4: worst of the series, only for diehard fans
saw 5: ok this one was good, liked it better then saw 3
saw 6: same like 5...
I love these movies, but since Tobin Bell left (well, kinda, he's still in flashbacks), the series have lost something for me. Costas Mandylor is a great actor, but I still prefer Bell as Jigsaw

kind of agree with those 2 high rated guys. Except i think nr 3 was good and it was a descent way the end the series. Nr 4 Sucked nr 5 Sucked even more nr 6 was ok and i was glad cuz i think they could have ended all right with that one. But now they are makeing another one which is lame

The first saw was ok,To me it wasnt that great,it wasnt bad but wasnt so great cuz it had no story really.The 2nd began to form a story but its the 3rd one that REALLY started a storyline&how they put all of the pieces from saw 1-6 into a interconnecting storyline&make it work is awesome.Most horror or slash movies have no storyline like FINAL DESTINATION, I liked it&the 2nd one somewhat continued the story BUT then the 3rd one had nothing to do with the continuing story what so ever.

Idk I thought the premise for the traps for saw 5 was pretty interesting but predictable like from the beginning I was like dude you guys have to work together to leave the place but hey ppl are out for themselves I thought it showed that. I mean atleast the morals behind it are ok I guess.

I find the story interesting but if YOU find this boring then why do you continue to watch the saw movies. Point is.. if you hate it that much then stop watching it, if you continue to watch it then quit your complaining!

@Deadganon i dont. i just see them waay to much on ads. givin me a feeling like "wow. saw 6?" and heard about saw 7. aint seeing it either. oh i was begged to watch 6 with my friend but i bearly watched it, i wasted my time on mini games in the theater :)

I don't think saw is that bad, less predictable then avatar I really like Tobin bells character. he is a good actor and its a good story , Saw 5 was a disaster though.

thats the main reason why people dont like saws 4, 5 and 6...because they just dont like back tracking movies. there is nothing wrong with that and saw is the best horror movie series of the decade. so ppl are upset cuz its not like the other horror movies.
