I make something like this, but I use ground pork, and I also put cheese on the top near the end, as well as onions and garlic to the mix. Keep the dry rub and homemade BBQ suace, and man is it good! Good try, takes some practice to get this down, but you really need to put this in a smoker, or a BBQ with a smoke box for full effect and flavour. Cheers!
