Dr. Foster became the band director in 1946;however, the "100" didn't start doing dance routines until the 60's. The first dance routine was choreographed by Dr. Beverly Barber.

They do show the 100. Go back and look at this and stop at 1:06 when the show a light skin man with a F on his hat. Dr William P. Foster. any pay attention to what they say. Hubba 100
