Yet we had a dear friend who was my mother's godfather. She called him: "Onkel Bear" and his name was Albert Goering. Sorry habs erst grad gelesen.

Geb Dir voll und ganz recht, dass die Originalversion nicht kriegsverherrlichend ist. Und rein musikalisches gesehen ist diese Version auch nicht wirklich mein Geschmack. Aber diese sind ja bekanntlich verschieden.

Hab den Kommentar nur geschrieben, da die Bedeutung des Begriffs 'verschandeln' mir einfach zu negativ war, für ein, zugegeben nicht ganz so erfolgreiches Mittel der Alliierten Hitlerdeutschland in die Knie zu zwingen.
