I'm allergic to bactrium! Every time they ask me what I am allergic to I don't remember if it is bactrim or bactrium or if that medicine is even produced anymore! thanks for confirming.
I had a BMT and relapse have spend a lot of time in the hospital, I use to sneak in other patients room and teach them where the mute button was on their machine. ha ha see my blog heatherwarrencape.blogspot.com The steriods made me nuts!
Haha! Oh I used to get soo annoyed when my machine went off. And I loved the benadryll lol and I love this video. So true. i was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma march 15,2011 and cancer free on January 4, 2012. Bright attitudes can get you through the darkest times. Hope youre doing good dude. God bless
hahaha this is a great video! Your attitude and sense of humor is the best! I had Hodgkins 8 yrs ago and can totally relate to the IV Benadryl (thought I was dying the first time I got it), Dilaudid (the best!), the horrible taste of the flushes and "haven't pooped in days". Good luck in your treatment, I wish you a full (and speedy) recovery!
This is SPOT ON!!! My son Thomas had leukemia 3 times, and had a cord blood trasnplant 2 years ago. He said just about all of these NUMEROUS times throughout the journey. He loves IV Benedryl and still tries to get it at clinic visits. He's now cancer free. Best of luck to you and all of you going through this!!!
Haha my sister has osteosarcoma and she just made my entire family pause our movie and watch this video.... I love this guy. He's hilarious, and I love his optimistic outlook on such a traumatizing disease. I am going to share this video on facebook... Haha we were laughing so hard during it :) this was just the kind of video we needed to watch :)
Omg I think I almost busted a lung laughing so hard. I'm a survivor of Hodgkin's myself, and I've said about 90% of the things in this video! LOVE IT!
This is hilarious! My son (an 8 year old Leukemia patient) and I just watched and laughed and nodded throughout. Yep, perfectly accurate. **beep** This was beautifully done and so true. Oooohhh, how we love those warm blankets! Thank you!
We love your video and fav'd it! You've got such a great sense of humor considering what you're going through and we wish you great health and happiness! We're sure many, many cancer patients will empathize with your video, too. Laughter is the best medicine and you're doing an awesome job . Best wishes for a fast recovery!
for the doses needed to produce the CT scans, one CT chest scan is equivalent to 400 chest x-rays. A scan of the abdomen is equal to 500 chest x-rays. A scan of the head is equivalent to 115 chest x-rays. Combine the x-rays of the chest, abdomen, and head in the scan and you have over 1,000 x-rays. Imagine having 1,000 x-rays at one time!
amounts are “effective doses.” the minimum, you are likely to have received a lot more radiation.
Major ups to you for keeping your humor going! Also, you are probably the hottest cancer patient I've ever seen, haha. I hope your are using all that charm to woo your nurses :)
HAHAHA! I love being able to laugh at this and ACTUALLY know what that person is going thru! not so fun but it's always good to make lite of a bad situation! lol THE BEEPING, THAT TASTE, THE CHEMO! omg that was my life for two years! fuck Cancer

as a future healthcare provider, this was hilarious, and I'm glad to see that the star of this is in such good humor. My favorite parts had to be when there would be laughter of CNAs/Nurses that gets cut off because, frankly, the subject (dude) is awesome!
Thank you, Woody. Wonderful stuff. I had a teen that felt all these things who had a great sense of humor like you. We lost him 2.5 years ago. Blessings to you.
This is fantastic. I'm pretty sure I've said all of this multiple times. I love how funny this is to others who have been through it but kind of terrifying to anyone else - gonna make my friends watch it again.
This is Soo awesome!! There wasn't anything I wouldn't do for those warm blankets. I laughed so much Watching this. Best of luck to you, you obviously have the right attitude going into this and you'll kick cancers ass.
You gotta be a patient or survivor to really get this humor. The inexperienced are mortified by this comedy, because of the context. Also, learn the button to mute the beeping! Best thing I ever did! XD
hahahahahahaha, oh man. NAILED IT!!! "Breakfast burrito was a mistake"... sadly those exact words came out of my mouth MULTIPLE times... as did the burrito.
I finally learned how to sleep through the beeping lol. I never had anything bad tasting, but when they would give me saline, I could smell it and it was not pleasant lol!

haha yes!! so true...my pumped beeped so much, I just got immune to it & could sleep through it. & the day they took me off my pain pump :( & when i hear bone marrow biopsy, i smile...bc that means verced!
This is amazing. "Dilaudid. I mean a lot of dilaudid. But, you know, as needed". Hahaha :) Oh dilaudid, how I miss thee. Coupled with IV benedryl, because it made me SO ITCHY. Good times, good times.
Haha SO TRUE! I remember constantly 'should I be BEEPING!?' and 'Excuse me! Should I be COLD!?' oh man, gave me a laugh. THanks for making this video! x

Great video buddy. Stay strong.

I think we're given IV Piriton here instead of Benadryl though, but same thing I think.
