@kachuncamia from what i worked out, its a Bb (Bb key with left hand) then the little inbetween is just the Bb and D of the chord, then its a Eb chord with the left hand playing G note then to a Cm7 with a C note on the left hand (inbetween is still first two notes of the chord) , and back to an Eb with an Eb note with left this time, and it just repeats

It means that all the instruments are acoustic and everything is performed LIVE, no special effects, no added instrumentation, on alot of recordings nowadays it will be mixed properly so everything is on the same level and perfected, the tiniest mistakes can/are taken out.
