@90Mrknowitall As long as they're fast, I don't care. I drive a G8 GT now and love the V8, but if they came out with a TTV6 with the same or more HP and better MPG, I'd buy... I agree though... The American V8 sound is awesome.

This is going to be killer. I expect it to obviously have the same or similar design language of the Focus. So expect it to look similar to that. Not a bad thing as that car IMO looks good. Ford is killing it. Same with Hyundai and KIA. Who says you have to drab and boring to have a great car? Glad some automakers are putting effort into design, be proud of your work and your car.

Looks Focusesque to me... That's a good thing IMO. I'd love to see a 2L Eco-Boost with around 300BHP and a 6 speed manual...

@4gasem i really think the engine will be the 2.0 but as of now the ecoboost comes with 247 hp and like 255 ft lbs of torque or something close.. which is still more than the current 3.0 v6 in the normal fusion, which is pretty awsome, and if they can get like 35+ mpg it will be even better, i really liked the original fusion and we have one which we love, the new style we have also and like it too. So i believe ford will sell this one well based on the reliabliity and the unique design

@camshaft53149 Yeah, the 247hp is OK in the Focus ST, but I want a Fusion ST with 300bhp. I'm a "I want more" kind of guy though. I believe you can never have too much power. That's why they install that pedal on the floor. lol

@canthony1019 I have an X Type Jaguar at the base its a Ford Mondeo, same floor pan; braking system, and maybe more? even the interior grab handles are the same as on my Ford Focus, the sunvisors are the same as a Mazda 6, never know what your get today and it will be more so in the future!

Not so sure as to the exact size of this car, but either this or the Taurus will be imo the next Australian Ford Falcon replacement!

If you look at the new Fiesta, and Focus, you will get a sense of where the Fusion will be heading. In particular the interior. It's not blocky, hard plastics anymore. Definitely a different design philosphy and a more upscale feel of materials and build quality giving you a product that isn't just playing catch up to stay competitive, but for once, leading.

This should make the Fusion even more appealing
