the easiest way to get a sniper is to go a ways through the minefield until you see a multiple story house. There should be a guy waiting to kill you with his sniper. Just go into that stealthboy thingy and shoot his ass down

thats a dumb ass idea you have to make him a slave in the paradise falls quest. what you really need to do is go to minefeild run up to his ass then hit him with the mesmotron tell him to put the callar on then tell him to empty his pockets and take it.
