Except if you are a helpdesk agent calling them back about their ticket. They'll slam the phone on you if it's done. If not, they call every other minute asking if it is. My experience.

Ever tried to do business with an indian tailor or travel agent in Thailand? They are all cheaters. And as this guy...posting fake awards on his window....the indian tailors in Thailand also claim to be winners of some tailor award...even got photo of the award handed over at some kind of award-night, but it's all fake.
