(Continued) I use to love the Big Red Barn and Runaway Bunny when I was little as well. She also likes to look at pictures of animals (including Sam) She loves to look at the two cats that she has with her mom and dad who are named Bread and Pudding. I love those names for cats. She is a very cute and beautiful baby. I love her very much. There is NEVER a dull moment with her! She is four months old. She also likes it when someone shakes dried beans in a jar because she loves the sound of it.

How many brothers/sisters do you have? I am an only child. Except when I sit with Sam or when 4-month-old baby Catherine comes over and I cuddle her in my arms and help take care of her.

@freitasex Thank You. I am sure happy to have Catherine as one of my best buddies. Except for Sam, she's pracitically my best little buddy, ever since I held her in my arms when I went to visit her in the hospital when she was one day old. She likes to sleep in someone's arms. I remember in San Diego, she was sleeping in my arms a lot. She also likes it when her friends and family read her books. She likes The Runaway Bunny and The Big Red Barn that are both written by Margaret Wise Brown.

Hi Michael, yet another video with something new and very very different! I will have to make it just to know what it tastes like. I suspect maybe like a pumpkin pie? This does taste a bit like pumpkin pie.

It is made for special occasions.

Actually I love plain baked sweet potatoes, then add some butter and perhaps cinnamon and salt.

Sweet potatoes do very well, baked in the microwave.

The secret is whether in the oven or microwave, to make sure they start to exude their sweet juices.

My mom makes this every holiday gathering, like Thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas.. Its the only times of year that she makes it, and I look forward to it every holiday!! I think she adds a touch of cinnamon or nutmeg to hers. Yay yummy!!!

A perfect recipe for Christmas. So much temptation: a sweet gift to eat right on the menu.

Your actual sweet potatoes look just a bit different from the ones shipped in here. I'm guessing yours come up from the South and mine come over from the West, California maybe. The ones in stores up North here are about the same size as yours but have tapering, pointed ends.

I have never been a big fan of sweet potatoes but the other day I tried some sweet potato fries with a chipotle spice in addition to the other sweet and savory items and I was converted. I will put this in my recipe book.
