As long as the banks continue to sit on those millions of foreclosed properties and housing starts sit at record lows, you might just be able to move it.
I love how Jay explain and ping to the most important factor to list saleable houses. It is simple and it does not matter what else you may do to sell a listing the bottom line is PRICE and CONDITION...
