That's not actually true. As U.N Owen Was Her? is an original title from ZUN into the game Touhou 6: Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil, while it's true that it holds melody from the Death Waltz of John Stump it still remains as an original title, as ZUN has a weird habit of making songs (melody from John Stump, song title heavily from a book of Agatha Christie)

Cool&Create is just one of those many circles/individuals who have covered the song.

The word for someone who is more active for something like this would be otaku. Which baffles me as to how you got weeaboo and otaku mixed up.
