You couldn't be any more wrong. Barbara Boxer is one of the few elected officials who DO care what her constituency thinks.

Several years ago there was a bill called the Federal Land Use Act.  It was an attempt to make it illegal to gather on public lands, including forests, desserts and etc. The reason for this was supposedly to keep ravers from throwing parties and gatherings... However of course a bill like this has much farther reaching effects.

Boxer listend and voted NO.

Do some research and you will find abortion was legalized in all states by the Supreme Court which involved one woman.
