the woman is obispo's great friend ZAZIE and she is a great writer and artist, she is very popular and loved among french artist ;)

no the song dates back to the early 2000s i think. it's called "les meilleurs ennemis".
i wanted to find the instrumental version for this vid, but it doesn't exist.
