  • Nice flying aviator but if I may give a little bit criticism,it will be that, you're fond of over-shooting and under-shooting your turns! ha-ha happy landings!

  • Cool video. Can you tell me what made you choose the Mooney? I'm in the market and am looking for an airplane. How much did you pay? (I know that if I have to ask it's too much). Right now, I'm trying to figure out what the best bang for the buck is. Fixed gear for insurance? Useful load? I you can help I'd appreciate that. I'll keep doing my homework as long as it takes tho...

  • @MrGsheperd The Mooney is simply the best single engine four seat airplane there is. The real question isn't if a Mooney but which kind of Mooney! Mooneys are fast, economical, and well engineered. I can fly as fast as a Bonanza on 11 gallons an hour vs 15. On the other hand, throttled back I can burn less gph than a skyhawk going full blast and still be going faster (120ktas on 7gph vs 105ktas on 8 gph for skyhawk). Useful load is incredible, 987lbs! Mooney is wider than others too!

  • @SoarBird134 Thanks for that. Very nice airplane!! I knew Mooney was very economical and well rounded but had always thought it was a bit tight inside. Kinda like a sports car really. I've flown up ,"Pin Ball Alley," (Hudson) quite a few times, and been to Blairstown too. Learned at SMQ. Thanks again for the advise and your video. Lets see some more.
