  • ive ran my hounds out there befroe

  • good ol cooon hounds!! heard em runnin the oher night

  • What part of middle GA are yallf rom I am from there myself and tring to fidn new places to coon hunt

  • Chew a little too much for me but if they tree a coon thats all that counts for a pleasure dog

  • great video went coon hunting for the first time the other night i deer hunt like work but i loved coon hunting ive got deer dogs and squirrel dogs bout to die to get a coon dog now what is the best breed to get

  • @feistman2 I would say you CAN NOT go wrong with a bluetick or treeing walker. Dont get the big long legged running walkers. More of a deer dog. Treeing walker and a bluetick ALWAYS get the job done. Seen to many bullshit black and tans and redbones that just FOLLOW the good dogs.

  • @BakerFX4 They were probably just not as well trained.

  • @CHEVYedsf I agree that was probably the reason but its just been experience of what ive seen from them. Ive never owned any others other than the bluetick and walkers. All can be good dogs, just a personal preference.

  • @feistman2 get a treeing walker black and tan mixed great hounds got a pup of my on 9 months old and can run a trail as good as a dog whos been doing it for years

  • this reminds me of that book, where the red fern grows...that`s a good book! sad tho

  • Those dogs are funny biting at the tree like that

  • ooooo man i miss coonhunting in the swamps i use to live in florida and now i live in kentucky which sucks bcuz the coonhunting is totally different here

  • It's better in KY. :]

  • This reminds me of where the red fern grows! ^_^

  • Cool. Its been along time. By the way, what the hell is "mooncatch" talking about? Must be an ANTI.

  • @Gothmwlord probably

  • cool good vid.

  • Nice video thanks for sharing!

  • What's the odds of being out in this swamp and running into a cottonmouth or a large alligator? I'm sure slim, but still happens.

  • After a few days In the cold, generally youre safe

A few nights of below 32F and reptiles arent hungry, thank goodness.

  • That is so cool. Would've loved to live in land (country) like that
