During these videos, were you doing low bar squats at one stage? It very much looked like it, then in this last part you showed an image of a textbook with a low bar powerlifting style squat featured.
I just finished watching part 6. Thanks a bunch for posting the series. This is by far the MOST motivational and educational video I've seen on youtube.. And, man, those athletes are simply amazing..
I love how effortlessly they do those insane jumps for plyo. Jump from full squat position to a box above there head landing in full squat postion and repeat ton of times with no effort.
just wondering why different plate sequences are being used??? like using a heavy plate then lighter ones then a heavy one again?? is this for weight releasers?? thanks for any response
Dont think it got any purpose really. Although using more of 25s or 20kgs make a lift heavier than using more 10s and 15kg plates, which make it easier. I just think they load em up the way they like.
it's a pain in the ass to take a whole bunch of plates on and off, when I have access to bumpers I just start with a 15kg bumper and add plates from there
