@DevinL16 CORRECTION. a STOCK transmission wouldn't last six months. but it's definitely not stock. 1000 HP 1800 ft/lb torque. granted, this will never be a half-million mile truck, but that motor will decades before needing to be rebuilt.

Kinda jumping in on the discussion late but Ford does not own any part of Cummins. As far as I know, Ford used to have a 5% shareholding in Cummins. They have since sold it off.

Ford is now making their own new diesel, in-house. Ford has ended their contract with Navistar and now have built the 6.7l v8 powerstroke. I think it's going to be introduced in the 2011 trucks.

not sure, there will have to be, dodge is one of the most popular trucks for pulling, since cummins is a very reliable engine. they may not have the power of a duramax, but they will outlast one. i read somewhere that dodge may start using cat engines, or maybe powerstroke.

Dodge does not own Cummins. They just use them. Acutually someone told me that Ford owned Cummins and let Dodge use it under contract, because they had Powerstroke, but, that sounds like bullshit to me.

Oh by the way I forgot to tell you that the truck is on 66" tires and still has A/C, cruise control, and the all of the orginal working features that came with this truck.

Yes it does make some boost with the TWIN Turbo's. We had a TST Chip turned down to 4. It just blew the turbo intake hose off. Not hard to fix from blowing in the future.
