@cool4rocknroll No one knows as yet who would win the Soca Monarch. Iwer's voice has evolved as well as his songs. Trinidadians are hard people to please. They criticize the artist for not having meaningful lyrics, and when they do, it's not popular. We have created our own monsters and called for the "Wave yuh flag" Jump right, Jump left. this is what we created, so they should not complain. This is what we wanted "Less lyrical content" and more "Party Chune".
