If we really want to clean Washington up, we're going to have to start bashing up the two party system and support third parties' and independents candidates' attempts to get on the ballot and repeal the unfair election laws set in place by the two ruling parties for their own benefit.
But yes, the first step is to vote in some progressive democrats, when no other alternative is available.
If we toss out a few of the worst betrayers of Democratic prinicples, like Schumer, the Nelson twins, & Carper, I predict the other lesser offenders will suddenly remember what Democratic values are.

He's as big a disappointment as Dianne Feinstink. I just wrote her to tell her what a giant disappointment she is and that I should have voted for the Republican in the last election, as that's what I got anyway.
