@porsche911sbs I was able to read the critics from NY TIMES THE WEEK these came out in 1986 in the library! In the long run they are right they are right but when they are wrong they are wrong! An oscar for best make up for Chris Walas and TWO FOR ALIENS MAKES THEM WRONG ENOUGH! Only one for critics shut up!

There is something about this scene, I can´t imagine a guy standing on his feet while that happens to his hand and arm. Great movie anyway. Great horror movie.

@rodrigoraulsuarez hes not really standing if you notice Brundle is actually holding him up., then when he lets go of his wrist he falls down. Has anyone ever noticed that when Stathis is screaming Brundlefly is shushing him to not be so loud lol

@rodrigoraulsuarez yah he didnt want Veronica to hear him screaming , which ive always thought a dark element from David Cronenberg. Also he uses so much more vomit drop on his hand than on his ankle.... its like he was running out , scary details here.

Interesting that they used a similar technique as Toht's meltdown in 'Raiders'. I was thinking it lo0ked similar. I've always loved melting flesh scenes (even as a kid).

i'vnt see avatar yet.. but planing to go this wk bro'.. cameron is a kickass director...and i think aliens is still inside him, as it louched him as one of the best directors... even Ridley Scott got cought by surprise..at that time cameron was unknown...

ah i think avatar is good. looks awesome but the story is kinda average. dancing with wolves but this time they a smurfs from outa space lol

go watch it for the great visual spectacle but dont expect a great story

i love how 90 percent of prosthetic horror is suggestion..you take some jello and throw in some mushrooms and put in a plastic baby-dolls head with a 1/2 ounce pf mercury fulminate and a ignition source then detonate it somewhere it looks like a baby with an exploding head....lol always wanted to do that at a mall and record peoples reactions...that shit would be fucking hilarious!
