3M Polishing with Imperial Compound and Finishing Material

the yellow "pad" is there to put the wool pad over if you dont have it you can not fit the wool pad... uhm you get special yellow sponge pads like 3M fine buffing pads but thats not the case here though this guy is good i dont get why he is using a wool pad ... maybe because it needs so little buffing? sponge pads are a safer option if you inexperienced :)

Looks like my Formula 233 hull !

Didn't really explain what the yellow pad is for vs the other one. Is yellow for polish and the other is for compound ?...........Thx.
