Not to be rude but when/where did you "post a delay on the site?" I've checked the Buddytv news feeds daily since the 4th and I've never once seen any messages pertaining to this competition.

Sorry, the article wasn't republished, just updated. Check the info on this video for the article link. We fell even further behind because all 5 writers (AKA Judges) had to watch all 92 videos. The finalists are now posted.

This is very unprofessional. If you got a higher response than expected and need time to sort through them all that's perfectly understandable. But at the very least you should post some sort of response stating when you expect to have a result.

Can I submit a video that I can't upload to YouTube? I have alternate links- BAM Vid Vault, megaupload & magevideo, 4shared... I just can't do YouTube with it. It was made pre-December 17th. But I haven't entered any videos yet so that'd be okay, right?

It's not something we considered beforehand but I don't really see it as fair for someone to submit all the videos they made this year so I'm sticking to one before December 17 and as many as you want made after as they'd be specifically for this contest
