This verse was removed from the revised standard version. There are many verses that were taken out from the bible unlike the Quran which is unchanged uptill now.

There are multiple TRANSLATIONS of the Bible. This is in obedience to Jesus' commands to his disciples to go and TEACH all nations /tribes /ethnic /groups.

Re your verses:-

They mention that the Qur'an is revelation, by inspiration, and by revelation - BUT they do not say or prove that it is Allah has literally word. I'm surprised that you didn't mention85:21-22.

A translation should not take out verses but TRANSLATE the meaning of a verse into another language, which a person speaking that langauge can understand. The Quran has got many translations. But taking out verses from a book and producing it without it is known as a VERSION.

Uthman burnt Qurans that were in dialect other than Quraishi..... When the Noble Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) it was revealed in Arabic, and in the Quraishi dialect...There were 6 other dialects at that time that don't have some pronunciation. ...I guess that doesn't sound good to you, that Quran was standardized to only 1 dialect.

There is few more. its not cos Uthamn thought one version was better than the other. Thats why we still have that dialect spoken by Muhammad. That verse was originally added by Vatican in Latin language and that verses didn't exist in original Greek manuscripts..So we all now that was a addition to make case for Jesus for being God and it was a strongest verse in Bible to make case for Jesus being divine,...They left that verse in Kids version bible to make them emotional to trinity. LOL

We find the bible unreliable because it is a holy book that has been revised again and again unlike the Quran. God can be a liar or be truthful, but God doesn't lie because it is ungodly to lie. Therefore it is the duty of all muslims to learn Arabic and make sure he or she understands it in their mother tongue. We should strive to make sure that the Quran is translate properly to the best of our ability.

When you state your shahada you do not use the word ‘God’ – Muslims use ‘Allah’. In your prayers you do not use the word ‘God’ Muslims use ‘Allah’. The word ‘God’ does not exist in the most popular English versions of the Qur’an!
