Is hezb-e-islami back again? i used to hear about hezb-e-islami back in 1980's when Russia was in Afghanistan, but then the taliban came and everybody forgot about hekmatyar...... Are hezb-e-islami mujahideen operating these days or they have just put dow their weapons?
