Pirates and Ninjas enemies?!? OF COURSE!!! But as a Doctor, Dr. McNinja is sworn to help people, whether they're ninjas OR pirates. Plus, by helping Pirates when they're weak, Dr. McNinja can kill them when they're strong, which is more fun. Because a pirate infected with syphillus really isn't much fun to kill at all. In fact, it's just kind of sad.
