  • Thats a good gradient. Drive with the back leg. Dont shortern the stride. The whole purpose of this type of training for 800ms is to develop drive. Its not an interval workout. Its a stregth workout. Its all about developing the rear leg drive and a good effiecient technique. Like the great man.
