Hehe, I'll say UFC guys, JDS, Cain, Shane, Mir, Brock, vs guys who are either overrated or great in past tense. They have guys like Bret Rogers as top guys, who has he fought, Arlavski? How good is Arlavski really? And I like Arlavski but let's be honest, he never was a JDS or Cain. I like Alistair but I want to see him fight more guys now in his prime, remember only years ago he was getting beaten by UFC LHWs. I think he's better now, but I don't think Strikeforce is the test.

UFC, most of the strikeforce heavyweights are either passed their prime, ufc cut, out of shape and fat)kharitonov, Overrated(Rogers), or havent fought any top competition in years(Barnett and Overeem.) Though I feel Overeem is a very very talented fighter.

Strikeforce = More entertaining fights, a lot of times due to mismatches. Most of the fighters have nothing to lose.

UFC = More talented and smarter fighters, that are still in their prime. And have everything in the world to lose.

i think the dust has to settle before we can come to any conclusion because both HW division's are pretty damn mean!

UFC... sf has great HWs but the real difference is that in the UFC, the fighters are more catious while fighting so they can maintain good stats and eventually get a title shot or deend the title, while in SF they usually dont give a fuk.. thats why we've seen a lot of great matches at SF lately...

UFC has better heavyweights. Strikeforce's heavyweights have been active where as UFC has had Nog out, Carwin out, Cain out. UFC are excellent for spotting talent. Fighters being hyped due to win streaks, signing with the UFC and then losing is really quite common. Its simply because they aren't fighting top guys. Like Josh Barnett, i like him, hes decent but what win is dropping your jaw on his streak of wins? Same to Rogers. Out of the tourny which I'm enjoying I only want Reem n Wredum back.

all these strikeforce cards have been so entertaining these past few months because the matchups are terrible. Nearly every fight has a fighter who is much better then the other. Still love Strikeforce though

Cain Velasquez and JDS are good, Frank Mir is on the wane as is Big Nog. Carwin is good. Brock is good. Beneath those guys I'd say the UFC is weak. Struve is decent but nothing special. Meanwhile Silva, Overeem, Kharitanov, Barnett, Werdum, Rogers, Del Rosario are all in their prime. And strikeforce has a host of decent guys below them where as the UFC is lacking outside the top 5 guys.

Very even. May lean towards UFC for talent. But Strikeforce has made their Heavyweight division way more interesting with the Heavyweight Grand Prix.

Big foot: i can see him beating cain and brock, but maybe have more trouble with jds or carwin

Werdum: has the technical skill to catch anyone off guard with a submission even though i don't see him beating the ufc top guys that often.

Fedor: i can see fedor beating a lot of the ufc guys, but i'd rather see him go 205

@xxxmattk ok, idk if you followed cain at all but i have followed him for a long time. and I said from the start that he would be champion. and dont get me wrong i think JDS is awesome too, but cain is a good striker and a great wrestler. and he's already proven he can deal with people bigger than him, so bigfoot couldnt take him down. cain has good standup. i think bigfoot is good but he was looking a little tired after the 2nd round against fedor. and cain is a cardio machine =cain win
