If u relly took the time to make the slowmo in a video editer. Then i could teach you a better way.

Try typing these commands in console:

Sv_cheats 1.

host_timescale ( 1.0 is normal ).

If u do the number low it will result in slowmo if it´s high it will result in high speed.
